Mustard meal is manufactured from good quality of Indian rapeseed /mustard.By processes like cleaning, conditioning, cake making to modern technology, cold screw press Chillex process, cake extracting to food grade hexane, desolventizing and toasting on optimum level of amino acid profile. It is rich in protein and amino acid profile with high level of essential sulphur containing amino acid. It is used in cattle feed and poultry feed.
